45Meaning of approval period

Approval period, for a change in significant influence over a permit holder, means the period—
starting on the day the Minister gives written notice of approval; and
ending at the earliest of the following:
1. immediately after the change in significant influence takes effect:

3. 9 months after the day notice of approval is given.
