Illustration for Offshore Renewable Energy Bill

If you finish taking apart offshore renewable energy infrastructure, you must give a report to the chief executive. You do this at set times or after certain things happen, as decided by the regulations. You also give the report if the Minister asks for it, and you do it within a reasonable time frame.

Your report must have the information the regulations say it needs. It must also meet any other rules the regulations set out. This is so the chief executive has all the details about what you have done.
