If a Minister gives you a feasibility permit, they must include conditions that are required for your application. The Minister decides these conditions based on your application details. They want to make sure the permit works as intended.

The Minister can also add other conditions to your permit if they think it's necessary. This is to make sure the permit follows the purpose of the proposed Offshore Renewable Energy Bill. The Minister wants to administer the permitting regime effectively.
