99Chief executive may approve forms

  1. The chief executive may approve forms of applications, notices, and other documents required for the purposes of this Act that are not otherwise prescribed by the regulations.

  2. If the chief executive approves a form,—

  3. the chief executive must publish the form on an internet site maintained by or on behalf of the chief executive; and
    1. a person must provide the application, notice, or other document in the approved form.
