Illustration for Offshore Renewable Energy Bill

If you apply for something under the proposed Offshore Renewable Energy Bill, the Minister might ask you for more information to help them decide on your application. The Minister must ask you in writing and give you a deadline to provide the information, which will be a reasonable amount of time. After asking for more information, the Minister can wait until you provide it or tell them you do not plan to respond before they continue looking at your application.
