If you have given an enforceable undertaking, you can withdraw it or make changes to it. You need to get the written consent of the chief executive to do this. You can either withdraw the whole undertaking or vary some parts of it.

The chief executive will decide whether to give you consent. There is a limit to how you can make changes to the undertaking. You cannot change it to be about a different breach of the Act or regulations.
