150Offence for wilfully obstructing, hindering, resisting, or deceiving person executing powers

  1. A person commits an offence if they wilfully obstruct, hinder, resist, or deceive any person in the execution of any powers conferred on that person by or under this Act.

  2. A person who commits an offence against this section is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000.
