If you want to apply to the Minister for something under this proposed law, you need to follow some rules. You will need to look at this section and sections 120 to 124 to understand what to do. When you make an application, it must be in a special form, which might be set by the government, or it might be a form that the chief executive says is okay. Your application must have certain information that the regulations say you need to include, and you might need to pay a fee or show that you have already paid it. You also need to make your application in the way that the regulations say you should.
