8Notifications, applications, and requests must include information required by this Act and regulations

  1. A notification, application, request, or other notice required or permitted to be provided to the Registrar-General under this Part must—

  2. include the information required by this Act and regulations; and
    1. be made in accordance with any directions issued by the Registrar-General under section 136.
      1. A person may notify information under this Part only if expressly permitted to do so.
