You can get information from the Registrar-General if you are a certain agency. This happens when you think someone has done something wrong or might do something wrong. You can get personal information about this person, like what is recorded in the registry. You can get this information if you think the person is in trouble with the law. This includes things like being arrested or detained. You can also get information if the person is hurt or has died. The Registrar-General can share this information with certain agencies. These agencies include the police and the Department of Corrections. They can get information from the registry and from overseas registration authorities, like what is mentioned in section 114. The agencies that can get this information are listed, and they include the Ministry of Justice and the New Zealand Police. They can get information if they are dealing with things like immigration, as outlined in the Immigration Act 2009.
