29Other correction powers not affected

  1. Nothing in sections 24 to 28 or section 30 limits or affects the power of the Registrar-General to—

  2. correct or delete information in the person’s original birth record relating to a person’s sex (or information that a person is of indeterminate sex) under section 131(a) or (b); or
    1. register information relating to a person’s sex under section 131(e) if no information relating to the person’s sex is registered (including because information has been deleted under section 131(b)).
