16Consultation in relation to practice rules

  1. Practice rules may be made by the Authority only after the Minister has approved, and the following people have been consulted on, the proposed rules:

  2. agents, branch managers, and salespersons that the Authority considers to be representative of the real estate industry; and
    1. any other persons or groups that the Minister may direct.
