Appeals against decisions of Tribunal
120Appeal to Court of Appeal on question of law
If dissatisfied with a decision of the High Court on the ground that it is erroneous in law, a party to an appeal under this Part may appeal to the Court of Appeal on a question of law only.
The appeal must be heard and determined in accordance with the rules of court.
The decision of the Court of Appeal on any appeal under this section is final.
