The Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal has some jobs to do. You can think of these jobs as its main tasks. The Tribunal hears and decides on applications to suspend a real estate agent's licence. The Tribunal also hears and decides on charges against real estate agents. It hears appeals against decisions made by the Complaints Assessment Committee. You can appeal under section 111 if you disagree with the Committee's decision. The Tribunal reviews decisions made by the Registrar under section 112. It also does other tasks given to it by the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. These tasks are part of its main functions.
