You need to know about some people who keep working for a while. They are part of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board, the Registrar of Real Estate Agents, and some committees. They keep working for the purposes of sections 166 to 172. You should understand that these people were chosen under the Real Estate Agents Act 1976. They have the power to do what is needed for the transitional provisions. They were chosen under section 35 and section 70 of that Act. If someone leaves their job, the Minister can choose someone to fill the vacancy. The Minister can choose anyone they think is suitable. This is so the work can keep going smoothly.
