69Search of register

  1. A person may search the register, on payment of the prescribed fee (if any), for a purpose set out in section 64.

  2. The Registrar must make the register available for public inspection—

  3. during the hours when the office of the Registrar is open to the public for the transaction of business on a working day; and
    1. at any other time that the Registrar allows.
      1. The Registrar must supply copies of all or part of the register on request and on payment of a reasonable charge for the production of the copy if the provision of those copies is consistent with the register’s purposes.
