138General penalty

  1. Every person who commits an offence against this Act for which no penalty is provided elsewhere than in this section is liable on conviction,—

  2. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $40,000; or
    1. in the case of a company, to a fine not exceeding $100,000.
