The register of licensees can be kept in different ways, you can find it as an electronic register, for example, on the Authority's website. You can also find it in other ways that the Registrar chooses. The register must be available at all times, unless the Registrar decides to suspend it. The Registrar can stop you from accessing the register, or stop the register from working, if they think it is not practical to let you access it. The Registrar can suspend the whole register or just part of it. This means you might not be able to access the register at certain times. The register is controlled by the Registrar, who decides how it is kept and when you can access it. They make sure the register is available, unless they decide to suspend it. You can look at the register to find information about licensees.
