When a Complaints Assessment Committee makes a decision under section 89, you get a written notice. The notice tells you the decision and why it was made. It also includes any orders made under section 93 and information about your right to appeal under section 111. You receive this notice if you made a complaint or if you are a licensee. The Committee sends you the notice promptly. The notice has all the details you need to know about the decision. The notice is an important document that explains what the Committee decided. It helps you understand what happens next. You can use the information in the notice to decide what to do.
