77Constitution of Committees for consideration of matters before it

  1. For the purposes of considering any matter before it, each Committee consists of—

  2. the chairperson of the Committee or, if the chairperson is absent from duty for any reason, the deputy chairperson of the Committee; and
    1. 1 other member or, if the chairperson or deputy chairperson so directs, 2 members.
