96Protection and privileges of witnesses

  1. Every person has the same privileges and immunities as a witness has in a court of law in relation to—

  2. the giving of information to a Committee; and
    1. the giving of evidence to, or the answering of questions put by, the Committee; and
      1. the production of papers, documents, records, or things to the Committee.
