You are part of a Complaints Assessment Committee. Your job is to look into complaints made under section 74. You also investigate allegations about licence holders on your own. You try to resolve complaints by talking things through. You make final decisions about complaints and investigations. You can take charges to the Disciplinary Tribunal and refer complaints to other agencies. You tell the person who complained and the person being complained about what you decided and why. You also tell them about their appeal rights and publish your decisions.
