143Offence of employing or contracting unlicensed or non-exempt person as agent, branch manager, or salesperson

  1. A person commits an offence who employs or contracts, or continues to employ or contract, as an agent, branch manager, or salesperson a person—

  2. who is not licensed or exempt from the requirement to be licensed under this Act; or
    1. whose licence has been suspended under this Act; or
      1. whose licence has been cancelled under this Act; or
        1. who is prohibited from working for an agent in a real estate business in accordance with an order made under section 110.
