160Continuation of certain provisions of Real Estate Agents Act 1976

  1. Despite the repeal of the Real Estate Agents Act 1976 by section 157, the following provisions of that Act continue to be in force until the date on which the Real Estate Agents Fidelity Guarantee Fund is wound up:

    1. sections 79 to 87:
      1. the Schedule.

        1. For the purposes of subsection (1), section 79 of the Real Estate Agents Act 1976 has effect as if the references in that section to real estate agents were references to real estate agents within the meaning of this Act.
