68Alterations to register

  1. The Registrar may at any time make any amendments to the register that are necessary to—

  2. reflect any changes in the name of the licensee or the information specified in section 66; or
    1. correct a mistake caused by any error or omission on the part of the Registrar or any person to whom the Registrar has delegated his or her functions, duties, or powers.
