You can make a complaint about a real estate agent. A Committee looks into your complaint and holds a hearing. They can then make a decision about what to do next. You might want to know what the Committee can decide. They can send your complaint to the Disciplinary Tribunal. They can also decide if the agent did something wrong. The Committee can choose to do nothing about your complaint. They can make this decision at any time. They can also make a decision under section 80 at any time. The Committee has the power to make decisions about complaints. They follow the rules to make sure they are fair. You can find more information about this in s 152(1)–(3).
