You must tell the Registrar in writing if your circumstances change. You have 10 working days to do this after the change happens. The Registrar needs to know about changes to the information in the register, or to your real estate business. You need to notify the Registrar about any changes to the details that are recorded about you. This includes changes to your real estate business, such as where you work. There may be other changes that you need to tell the Registrar about, which are specified in the rules. If you are an applicant for a licence or already a licensee, you must give the Registrar written notice of any change in your circumstances. This ensures the Registrar has the most up-to-date information about you. You should be aware of what changes you need to report to the Registrar.
