If you make a complaint about a real estate agent, a Complaints Assessment Committee looks at it. If the Committee thinks the complaint is serious, they must write down the details of the complaint and send it to the Disciplinary Tribunal. You can find more information about this process by looking at s 154. The Committee also tells the person the complaint is about and the person who made the complaint what they have decided. They send them a written notice with their decision and a copy of the complaint details. This helps everyone know what is happening with the complaint.
