You can make a complaint to a Complaints Assessment Committee. They might decide not to do anything about your complaint. This can happen if a lot of time has passed since the problem occurred. You made a complaint, but the Committee thinks it is not important. They can decide not to take any more action. The Committee is looking into your complaint, but they think it is not necessary to do anything else. They consider all the circumstances and make a decision.
