153Offence to resist, obstruct, etc

  1. A person commits an offence who, without reasonable excuse,—

  2. resists, obstructs, deceives, or attempts to deceive any person who is exercising or attempting to exercise any power or perform any function under this Act; or
    1. gives to any person who is exercising or attempting to exercise any power or perform any function under this Act any particulars knowing those particulars are false or misleading in any material respect.
