4Appointment of Registrar and Deputy Registrars

  1. There must be—

  2. a Registrar of Radio Frequencies; and
    1. 1 or more Deputy Registrars of Radio Frequencies.
      1. Each Registrar and Deputy Registrar must be appointed under the Public Service Act 2020 by the Secretary.

      2. Subject to the control of the Registrar, a Deputy Registrar has and may exercise or perform all the powers, duties, and functions of the Registrar.

      3. The fact that a Deputy Registrar exercises or performs any of the powers, duties, or functions of the Registrar is conclusive evidence of the Deputy Registrar's authority to do so.
