104Transmission under radio licence not affected

  1. Nothing in section 103 prevents any person from transmitting radio waves in accordance with—

  2. a radio licence; or
    1. an exemption exempting that transmission of radio waves from any requirement to be licensed, being an exemption granted by or under any regulations made under section 116(1)(c).
