31High Court may investigate cases of lost instruments

  1. Where any instrument executed for the purpose of transferring or mortgaging management rights in relation to any radio frequencies, or granting or transferring or mortgaging any spectrum licence, is lost or destroyed before it is registered, the person claiming to be entitled to the interest by virtue of the lost instrument may make application to the High Court to have the person's claim investigated and declared.
