Illustration for Radiocommunications Act 1989

You can modify the limits for emitting signals on adjacent frequencies. When you and another manager agree to modify these limits, you can send a notice to the Registrar. The notice must say what the new limits are and when they start. You can modify the limits for some frequencies, but this does not affect the unwanted emission limits for licences created before the modification date. The modification date is the date you specify in the notice. Note that some parts of this section have been changed or removed over time, such as through the Radiocommunications Amendment Act 2000.
