You can transfer your management rights as a manager. You do this by filling out a notice of transfer form. The form must be in a certain format. You need to get the rightholder's consent to transfer your management rights in some cases. This happens when a spectrum licence is in force and the licence can be changed by the rightholder. The spectrum licence must also apply to some of the frequencies you want to transfer and some you want to keep. You must follow these rules when you want to transfer your management rights. The rules are in place to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can find more information about changes to this rule in the Radiocommunications Amendment Act 2000.
