164Payments for licences

  1. Where any person is granted a spectrum licence pursuant to section 162, that person shall pay to the Secretary, in respect of that spectrum licence,—

  2. an annual fee of $81; or
    1. the amount calculated in accordance with section 166.
      1. The payment or payments required by subsection (1) are in addition to any fees payable in respect of the spectrum licence under any regulations made under section 135.

      2. The payment required by subsection (1)(b) shall be payable on 30 June 1992.
