Radiocommunications Act 1989

Registration of rightholders

52: Reference number of spectrum licence

You could also call this:

"Your spectrum licence has a special ID number"

Illustration for Radiocommunications Act 1989

When you get a spectrum licence, it is given a reference number. This number has two parts: the reference number of the record of management rights it relates to, and another number that is unique to the spectrum licence. The reference number is given when the licence is registered, and it applies to licences that section 48 applies to. You will have a special number that identifies your spectrum licence.
