Radiocommunications Act 1989

Guarantee of management rights to registered managers - Protection of purchasers

59: Purchasers from registered manager or rightholder not affected by notice

You could also call this:

"Buying radio frequencies from approved sellers does not affect you if there's a problem with the sale."

Illustration for Radiocommunications Act 1989

You buy radio frequencies from a registered manager or a rightholder. You do not need to ask about how they got the frequencies. You do not need to worry about how the money is being used, unless there is fraud involved, which means someone is trying to cheat or deceive you.
