6Form of register

  1. Subject to this Act, the register shall be kept in such form as the Registrar considers appropriate.

  2. The register may be in the form of information stored by means of a computer.

  3. The register shall contain—

  4. each record of management rights; and
    1. particulars of all transfers required by this Act to be registered affecting the frequencies to which each record of management rights relates; and
      1. particulars of all spectrum licences required by this Act to be registered affecting the frequencies to which each record of management rights relates; and
        1. particulars of all radio licences granted by the Secretary under Part 13; and
          1. such other matters as are required or permitted by this Act to be registered.
