38Restriction on registration of adjacent frequencies emission limits

  1. Where an application is made to the Registrar under section 10 in relation to any radio frequencies, the Registrar shall not register those frequencies under that section if any adjacent frequencies emission limit specified in that application in relation to any frequency exceeds the protection limit specified in relation to that frequency in any record of management rights constituted under subsection (2) of that section.
