You can ask the Registrar to correct the register if it has wrong information. The Registrar checks the request and corrects the register if it is wrong. The Registrar records the correction and the time it was made. You don't have to ask the Registrar to correct the register, they can do it themselves. 24Correction of register

  1. Where, upon receipt of a request under section 23, the Registrar is satisfied that the register does not record accurately the particulars set out in the instrument to which the request relates or is for any other reason incorrect, the Registrar shall correct the register accordingly and record on the register the nature of the correction and the time at which the correction was made.

  2. The Registrar may, of the Registrar's own motion, correct the register (recording on the register the nature of the correction and the time at which the correction was made) if the Registrar is satisfied that the register—

  3. does not record accurately the particulars set out in an instrument to which an entry in the register relates; or
    1. requires updating because a rightholder or manager or holder of a radio licence has changed that person's name or address, or because a name or address is wrongly entered in the register; or
      1. is incorrect for any other reason.
        1. Subsection (2) applies whether or not a person has requested that the Registrar correct the register under section 23.

        2. As soon as practicable after correcting the register under subsection (1), the Registrar shall notify the person who made the application under section 16 of the correction.
