113Offences

  1. Every person commits an offence under this Act who transmits radio waves, otherwise than—

  2. under, or in conformity with, the terms and conditions of a radio licence issued under section 111; or
    1. in accordance with regulations made under section 116(1)(c) exempting the transmission of radio waves from the need to obtain a radio licence.
