70Fraudulently procuring registration

  1. Every person commits an offence against this Act who—

  2. fraudulently procures the registration of any instrument required by this Act to be registered; or
    1. fraudulently uses any form prescribed for the purposes of any of the provisions of Parts 2 to 10.
      1. The registration of any transfer procured by fraud shall be void as between all parties to the fraud.
