101Requirements to be complied with in exercise of rights

  1. Every rightholder, in exercising rights under section 99, shall comply with—

  2. any conditions specified in the record of management rights in relation to which the rightholder's spectrum licence is registered; and
    1. any conditions specified in the spectrum licence pursuant to section 49(1)(j); and
      1. the requirements specified in Schedule 1.
        1. Every person who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be deemed not to be acting in accordance with the person's rights as rightholder for the purposes of section 103.
