Radiocommunications Act 1989

General provisions - Miscellaneous provisions

71: Registrar not bound to attend court or produce register without court order

You could also call this:

"You don't have to go to court or show records without a High Court order."

Illustration for Radiocommunications Act 1989

You do not have to go to court or show records unless a High Court order says so. The High Court will only make this order if they think it is necessary for you to attend or show the records. They must also think a certified copy of the records is not enough.
