33Expiry of registration

  1. At the close of the day specified in a record of management rights as the expiry date of the record of management rights,—

  2. all rights conferred by this Act on the manager in relation to the frequencies in the management right, every rightholder in relation to those frequencies, and every other person recorded on the register as having an interest in those frequencies, expire; and
    1. the management rights expire and the provisions of Part 13 apply to each frequency until a further record of management rights is created for that frequency.
