21Copies of documents and requisitions

  1. Before returning any instrument in accordance with section 18 or section 19, the Registrar—

  2. shall make a copy of the instrument; and
    1. shall attach to the copy of the instrument a copy of the requisition specifying the matters required to be rectified, and, where applicable, of the notice forwarded under section 19; and
      1. shall file the copies made under paragraphs (a) and (b) in the Registrar's office as if the instrument had been registered.
