You have to pay an annual fee for a spectrum licence. You pay this fee for each financial year you hold the licence. The fee must be paid within three months after the end of the financial year. 165Payment of annual fee

  1. The annual fee payable pursuant to section 164(1)(a) by a person in respect of each spectrum licence granted to that person pursuant to section 162—

  2. shall be payable in respect of each financial year during which that person holds that spectrum licence; and
    1. shall be paid not later than 3 months after the end of the financial year to which it relates.

      1. Where, during any financial year, a person holds such a spectrum licence for a period that is less than the whole of that financial year, the annual fee payable by that person shall be reduced in proportion to that period.
