Radiocommunications Act 1989

Transfers and aggregations of management rights

43: New record of management rights unnecessary if management rights in respect of all frequencies transferred

You could also call this:

"No new record needed if all frequency rights are transferred"

Illustration for Radiocommunications Act 1989

If someone transfers management rights for all radio frequencies, the Registrar does not need to cancel the old record. The new transfer details on the old record are enough to show the new manager for those frequencies. This means the new manager has the same rights as if a new record was created in their name.
