Radiocommunications Act 1989

Mortgages

76: Consent to variation of mortgage

You could also call this:

"Agreeing to changes in a mortgage for management rights or a spectrum licence"

Illustration for Radiocommunications Act 1989

You have a mortgage on management rights or a spectrum licence. If you want to change the terms, you must write it down. The person who lent you the money, the mortgagee, must agree to the changes in writing. This means the changes are binding on the mortgagee and anyone who gets an interest in the mortgage later.
